We are a Laptop repair Company based in Carmarthen West Wales.

Our main intent is to try and provide the following services:

Data Recovery

At West Wales Computers we can recover your data for you and save it to our secure server if your laptop has to be returned to the original manufacturer we can then either transfer this to a disk or pen drive or reinstalled on your repaired laptop computer when it is returned,
If we fail to recover your data then we will recommend a data recovery partner

Laptop Part Repairs Services

Laptop parts are not available as spare parts for older models and must be sourced from the second user market.

A number of companies still hold some stock of older models but again most will have to be sourced but we do hold over 5,000 items in our warehouse.

Diagnostic Service

Send the laptop to us for diagnostics of the problem. We will check the laptop over thoroughly, and advise you of our findings.

We do not charge for Diagnostics, but will charge for any repair work carried out by our engineers

but we will not commence without customer approval to any final estimate.

Laptop Screen Replacement Service

Send the laptop to us. The basic labour for panel changing is £35.00 Replacement panels can sometimes

be sourced new but some panels are no longer produced so these

LCD panels would have to be purchased from the second user market and the price would be adjusted accordingly.

All laptop repairs are fully assessed and tested in our workshops.
